PSD’s Analog Thermopile Sensors deliver reliable and accurate non-contact temperature measurement by converting incident infrared radiation into a proportional analog voltage signal. Designed for stability, low noise, and excellent repeatability, these sensors are ideal for applications that require real-time thermal detection with minimal signal processing complexity.
Advanced Design & Packaging
PSD analog thermopile sensors are developed using precision MEMS design principles and are available in hermetic TO-CAN packages (TO-46 / TO-5). Hermetic sealing protects the sensing element and wire bonds from moisture, contamination, and oxidation, ensuring consistent performance even in harsh operating environments.
Both air-filled and nitrogen-filled packaging options are available to meet specific performance and reliability requirements.
Applications
Analog thermopile sensors are widely used across various industries, including:
- Non-contact infrared thermometers
- Industrial temperature monitoring and control
- HVAC systems and energy management
- Flame and combustion monitoring
- Safety and over-temperature protection systems
